SOS David Didier Marc	Hi! My name is David, I’m a 32 years old French licensed guide-interpreter based in Kyoto. I have studied Japanese language, culture and history as my major at university and worked many years in the tourism industry in Japan. 1) Actual transportation expenses from the guide’s home to the start of work (taxi fee in case of early morning or late night)
2) If the guide’s transportation expenses (bus fare, etc.), entrance fees, etc. are incurred during the tour, please pay the actual expenses.
3) Meal assistance (breakfast ¥1,000, lunch ¥1,500, dinner ¥2,000)
However, if guide dine with the customer, the actual cost will be charged.
4) Excess charge (¥2,000/hourly)
5) Early morning (before 7:00AM) / Late night (after 10:00PM) Additional fee: ¥5,000 each
6) A 10% surcharge will be applied during the year-end and New Year holidays (December 30th to January 3rd).

We are basically guides only in Kansai region(Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Hyogo).

Tours that involve overnight stays will require the guide’s accommodation fee and an additional fee of 10,000 yen each day.

*We will propose plans and arrange chartered taxis depending on the location you wish to visit.

CANCELLATION FEE

*When an order is cancelled, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
